where do i start?

i missed so much of the past months..(chronicling at least)

i lost the will to blog because my family can easily reach me on facebook. but alas, something happened on friday evening on the way back home from work. i wanted to cry that evening, and i know, i normally can thresh out emotions and feelings in this blog. a handy easy tool to pour disturbing emotions in.

i took to my blog, but for the love of me, i could not remember the password. so i did a backtrack just to be able to open it.

but i think i got over the incident now. ( to cut the story short, we ran over a hapless little rabbit accidentally who ran out of the woods from the side, rushed infront of our car, when we couldnt brake soon enough due to snow).

yes, i have stopped thinking of the poor lil rabbit. bless his/her lovely rabbit soul. may it did not suffer. *huhuhu*

the last entry was my birthday..i was going to post the birthday pics, but not yet. will do so, later on.

fastforward to today.

i took pics before we went to the gym;-)



i decided to take a photo of how i look like. i know i'm still overweight but by golly, i have lost so much since my birthday;-)






(i have lost my chest too..it looks extra flat there due to the sports bra, *defensive*)


(eversince i lost some weight, i am more confident in taking pics of myself without make-up. how liberating)

from a size 20-22 UK (in september) i am now officially a size 16UK. I havent been a size 16UK since i initially arrived in the country 8 years ago.

i was on a health binge the last few months and i have been very good.

these photos are a testament to my more 'active' lifestyle;-)

You are looking good, Chel! Inspiring! I'm currently size 14 (but would rather buy size 16 for comfort), and I want to go back to size 10 (ambisyosa ko) Hahaha! I'm running/walking lagi, pero I'm also eating a lot! LOL.

I think i have been doing that too,Ai;-) ive been buying a size bigger so that i dont need to suck my stomach..i am now size 14 hipwise,but i still buy a 16 so that im more comfy..but my stomach is still a 16 coz its the biggest part of me,haha;-)

i dont think going back to a 10 is a problem with you..because i saw your pics from when you were young, you are naturally a slim and lithe person..esp now, you run...one day, you will wake up and it will just go away..;-)

keep running;-) (imagine us in Bora, running in our bikini's. game?) lol (free ang mangarap! hahaha);-)

if nakaya nako nga all i do, is sit down as soon as i finished eating (washing dishes)...and on weekends, id rather watch tv or stay on the computer, YOU can do it,when you have two boys that are hyperactive and to run after :-)

i am proof that it can be done;-)

WOW, Chel! You did lose some weight! I just have to tell you--while looking at these photos, my husband looked over my shoulder and he said, "bata pa na cya ana?" I said "No! This is her now! I think she lost some weight!" You really do look great! Now you have really inspired me to get back into the treadmill. :-)

yes, Liz, i have lost weight..quite alot, but im still a heavy girl..but it doesnt matter, baby steps;-) all for good health (and fabulous clothes);-) hehe, katawa ko sa comment ni Charles..

Wow! Congrats, Ate Chelo! May your health and fitness journey continue. You look good and now I'm inspired to go back to the gym. Hehe.. I started last January but stopped because it has been quite hectic in med school (excuses, excuses! lol).. Keep it up, Ate Chel! ^_^ (YAN)
